Ingredients

  • 3 Spoon sugar & 6 Spoon all purpose flour
  • 1 Spoon cocoa powder & 1/4 Spoon baking powder
  • 1 Pinch baking soda & 2 Spoon oil
  • 10 Spoon milk & 1 Spoon choco chips
  • melted milk chocolate

Directions

  • Combine the dry ingredients required for making the cake in a microwave oven-safe coffee mug. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients to make the cake batter. Bake the cake for 2 minutes at 170 degrees C.
  • Break the cake into crumbs and make cake balls of different sizes using the crumbs. Take an aluminium box, wrap it with plastic wrap and pour the melted white chocolate over the wrap.
  • Spread the melted chocolate uniformly. Place the cake balls on top of it and again pour the melted chocolate over the cake balls. Remove the extra chocolate melt and let it dry for a while.
  • After some time, remove the bubble chocolate cake from the wrap and place it on the Ecobake cooking paper. You can use Oddy Uniwraps paper foil to wrap the bubble cake and store it in the fridge for later use.
