Ingredients
- Vanilla premix :-250 ml
- Water :- As needed
- Cooking oil :- 1 & 1/2 tbsp
- Whipping cream :- 250 ml
- Rabdi :- 150 ml
- Milk syrup with 2 tbsp Rabdi :- As needed
- Vanilla essence :- 1/4 tsp
- Food colors :- Yellow
- Golden Dust
- Nozzles :- Noor N 1
- 1 cup Chickpea Flour
Directions
- Make a smooth batter using vanilla premix, oil and water. Place Oddy Brown Ecobake in 5 inch. round tin. Oddy Ecobake is grease-proof, hence no need to grease the Oddy Ecobake baking sheet
- Pour the batter into tin. And tap the tin properly. Bake the cake for 35-40 min at low flame if using gas. Or for 30 min at 180 degrees if using oven. Demould when cools down at room temperature. Make 3 equal layer of sponge.
- Whipp the whipping cream until sharp peaks. Take a little whipped cream in a bowl and mix 4 tbsp rabdi and vanilla essence in it. Use this cream for layering only. Complete the icing of cake using milk rabdi syrup, whipped cream and rabdi.
- Make the colored whipped cream as required for this cake. Make your favorite designs on cake using nozzles, piping bags. And decorate it as you like.
