Tasty Katori Malai Cake Without Mould, Cream, Milk Powder, Egg, Oven

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp corn flour
- 1 Tbsp custard powder
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Cup milk
- Kesar
- 1/2 Cup white chocolate
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp condensed milk
- 1/4 Tsp elaichi powder
- 3/4 Cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 Cup sugar powder
- 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- 1/4 Tsp baking soda
- 1/3 Cup milk
Directions
- Add corn flour, custard powder, sugar, and milk to a pan. Mix well to make a lump-free mixture.
- Add kesar and stir continously.
- Add white chocolate,stir & mix. And frosting is ready.
- Line the jars with Oddy Ecobake.
- To a bowl add oil, condensed milk and elaichi powder. Whisk & mix it well.
- Through a sieve add all-purpose flour, sugar powder, baking powder, soda, and through continuous stirring add milk.
- Pour the batter into the lined jars. Cover & bake at low flame for 20mins.
- Demould after it's cooled completely, pour the prepared frosting and it's ready to serve once garnished with kesar.
