Ingredients
- Acrylic Crystal Plastic Cake Tub - 1
- Chocolate premix - 1 cup (200 ml)
- Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
- Water - As needed
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Bourn Vita - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1tbsp
- Whipped cream - 3/4 cup
- KitKat Cadbury - 2 (Rs.20 each)
- Chocolate ganache - 1/2 cup
- Cherries - As needed
- Nozzle - Noor N 1
Directions
- Make a smooth batter using chocolate premix, oil and water. Place Oddy Ecobake in 6 inch round tin. Oddy Ecobake is non-sticky and grease proof and helps to demould the cake easily. Pour the batter into tin. And tap the tin properly.
- Bake the cake for 30-35 min at low flame if using gas. Or for 25 min at 180 degrees if using oven. Demould when cools down at room temperature. Make 2 equal layer of sponge according to measurements of cake tub. And remove all the extra parts of sponge. Add bourn vita and sugar in milk. Milk syrup will be ready.
- Whipp the whipping cream until sharp peaks. Mix 4-5 tbsp chocolate ganache into whipped cream and add 1 crushed KitKat Cadbury in it. Flavored cream will be ready. Take the cake tub and complete the icing of cake using milk syrup, whipped cream and ganache.
- Decorate the top surface using Kitkat Cadbury, ganache and cherries. Or make your favorite designs on cake using nozzles, piping bags. You can make any recipe with the leftover material of cake. Like jar cake, glass cake, cake pops, etc.
