Try this amazing huge Little Singham 2-Tier cake for your kid’s birthday. They are surely going to love this. We have used Oddy Ecobake cooking paper circles that are pre-cut hence it saves out time and also Oddy Ecobake is non-grease and eco-friendly

Ingredients

 

  • 170 gm premix cake
  • 350 gm premix cake
  • Pineapple crush
  • Strawberry crush
  • Pineapple whipped cream
  • 6-inch mould and 8-inch mould
  • Fondant stars
  • Little Singham stickers

Directions

 

  • Bake 170 gms premix cake in 6-inch mould and 350 gms premix cake in 8-inch mould. Use Oddy Ecobake cooking paper circles to line the baking tin. Oddy Ecobake cooking paper comes in pre-cut circle shapes and hence saves our time. Also, it is non-sticky and grease-proof hence no need to grease the baking tin.
  • Cut the cake into layers and add one layer, add whipped cream pineapple crush and add another layer. Add whipped strawberry crush. Keep on repeating this process.
  • Make sure the length and width of the cake layer is even throughout. Check the video for reference and place it evenly. Add pineapple flavored whipped cream and coat the top and sides of the cake.
  • Repeat the step 2and 3 for both the cakes i.e., 6 inch and 8-inch cake. Now place the 6-inch cake on top of the bigger cake and decorate it as show in video. Use little Singham sticker and add colorful stars for decoration. Our Little Singham 2-tier cake is ready
