Make Chiku Icecream At Home

About the Recipe

Make this creamy chiku icecream with just five ingredients. All you need to make this chiku icecream is chiku, sugar, fresh cream, milk powder, and milk. Ecobake assists in quickly setting your ice cream and keeping it fresh for a long time.

Ingredients

 

  • Sapodilla – ½ kg
  • Fresh cream – 1 cup
  • Milk powder – 4 tbsp & Milk
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup

Directions

 

  • Sapodillas are chopped after washing, peeling, and deseeding them. Take chilled fresh cream in a mixing bowl and beat it with an electric beater or use a mixer jar to beat it.
  • Mix milk powder and milk in a bowl without any lumps and transfer it into the mixing bowl. Add chopped sapodillas to the fresh cream and milk powder mixture and beat well.
  • Add sugar to the mixing bowl and beat it with an electric beater for 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer this mixture to a container with a lid and cover it with brown Oddy Ecobake.
  • Close the container. Freeze the icecream for 12 hours and serve the icecream after removing the brown Ecobake paper. You can store the icecream for 15 to 20 days by covering with brown Oddy Ecobake.
