Ingredients

1/2 Cup all purpose flour & 1/4 Cup sugar powder
1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 Cup milk & 1 Tbsp oil
1 pinch soda, Chocolate frosting & coloured sprinkles
Melted chocolate and Oddy Ecobake

Directions

Prepare the pancake batter by mixing maida, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar with milk and oil. Add a pinch of soda to the batter and mix well.
Line a pan with Oddy Ecobake and pour the pancake batter using a ladle. Spread the batter. Close the pan with a lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Your pan cake will be ready. You can garnish the pan cake with chocolate frosting, colourful sprinkles, and chocolate ganache as shown.
