Make This Potato Paratha For Breakfast or Lunch

About the Recipe

Make this potato paratha in the morning for lunch or breakfast. You do not need to prepare dough to make this paratha. Oddy Uniwraps paper foil helps in wrapping your potato parathas to keep them soft and fresh.

Ingredients

 

  • Boiled and grated potatoes
  • Green chillies & Coriander leaves
  • Cumin seeds, salt & hinge
  • Jeera powder, turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder & coriander powder
  • 1 cup wheat flour & water

Directions

 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled potatoes, cumin seeds, green chilies, coriander leaves, jeera powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Make a batter by mixing wheat and water.
  • Add the potato mixture to the batter and let it rest for a while. Heat a tawa, brush some oil over it, and pour the batter over it, spreading it well. Cook the paratha for 3 to 4 minutes and flip it.
  • Cook the other side for a while and transfer the paratha to a plate. Use Uniwraps paper foil to wrap the potato parathas and store them in a lunch box to keep them fresh and soft.
