Make This Simple Breakfast Recipe With Raw Rice In Your Busy Mornings

Leave the tension and make a simple and yummy breakfast recipe with raw rice and boiled potatoes. You can have these crispy pakoris with green chutney or tomato sauce. Ingredients

 

  • Raw rice
  • Boiled Potatoes
  • Green chillies
  • Cumin seeds
  • Salt

Directions

 

  • Wash and soak raw rice for 4 to 5 hours. Grind the raw rice into a paste in a mixer jar. Add boiled and mashed potatoes to the rice paste.
  • Add chopped green chillies, cumin seeds and salt to the rice and potato batter. Make crispy pakoris by frying small fritters of the rice and potato batter.
  • Use Oddy paper foil to absorb extra oil from the pakoris to make them more healthy. You can also use Uniwraps paper foil to store and pack these pakoris.
