Make This Wholesome Potato Besan Chilla

About the Recipe

A delectable and simple dish that takes only a few minutes to prepare is potato chilla. It can be offered as breakfast or as an evening treat. Cooking the chillas on your tawa with Ecobake paper keeps the surface free from residue.

Ingredients

 

  • 2 grated potatoes
  • Besan - 4 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Salt as per needed
  • Carom seeds

Directions

 

  • Grate 2 potatoes in a mixing bowl and soak them in water for some time. Strain the water from the potato and transfer it to another bowl.
  • Add besan, corn flour, and carom seeds to the grated potato and mix well. Take a small portion of the potato besan mixture and flatten it.
  • Take an Ecobake cooking paper and place it on the tawa. Cook the chillas on the Ecobake cooking paper kept on the tawa and serve them with any bhaji or sabzi.
