Mango Kulfi without cream, condensed milk, or milk powder

Kulfi is one of everyone’s favourite and you can make mango kulfi at home without cream, condensed milk or milk powder using this recipe. Ecobake helps to get a perfect shape to your kulfi or icecream with no need for cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup fresh malai
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup mango pieces
  • Elaichi powder for garnishing

Directions

 

  • Clean the mango, peel it, and cut it into slices. Grind it with sugar in a mixer jar. Take a bowl, add fresh malai and milk, whisk and mix well.
  • Add the mango puree to this malai and combine well. Take a kulfi mould and line it with Ecobake cooking paper. Pour the puree into the mould and freeze it.
  • Now add chopped mango pieces to the remaining puree. Transfer this puree to another mould to make mango roll-cut ice cream.
  • Freeze the moulds for 5 hours and take them out of the refrigerator. Demould the kulfi and ice cream and garnish it with elaichi powder.
