Mushroom-Corn sandwich

About the Recipe

Sandwiches topped with mushroom, sweet corn and little cheese. Great for breakfast or lunch! Line your griller with Oddy Brown Ecobake cooking and baking paper. It can be reused several times. The griller will be clean and no need of using oil or butter.

Ingredients

 

  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Sliced garlics (4-5 pods)
  • Sliced mushrooms - 200 grams
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Italian seasoning & pepper
  • Boiled corn - ½ cup
  • Multigrain bread
  • Butter and Cheese slice

Directions

 

  • Take 1 tbsp ghee in a pan, add sliced garlics (4-5 pods) and mushrooms. Cook mushrooms till it drains out all water and shrinks in size.
  • Now add all the seasonings - salt, Italian seasoning and pepper and ½ cup boiled corn. Mix it well and let it cool down for a bit.
  • Take one slice of multigrain bread, apply some butter and now spread the corn and mushroom paste on it. Repeat the same on the second slice of bread.
  • Now take one slice of cheese and put it on top of the corn-mushroom spread.
  • Line your griller with Oddy Brown Ecobake cooking and baking paper. It can be reused several times. The griller will be clean and no need of using oil or butter.
  • Put two slices of bread and grill them.
  • Cut it into two pieces and it is ready to serve.
