About the Recipe
New Pineapple Flavored Cake with an easy and attractive design. It is a half kg frosting cake recipe. Use Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles to line the cake tin before baking. It is safe, convenient, reusable, and grease-proof.

Ingredients
- 180 gm premix, 90 gm water,
- Pineapple emulsion, and little oil
- Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles
- Whipped cream, 1 tbsp pineapple crush
- 2 tbsp pineapple compote, card scrapper
- yellow, green and purple color
- rose nail, silver glitter spray
Directions
- Mix premix, water, little pineapple emulsion, and little oil. Mix well for a smooth batter consistency.
- Line cake tin with Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles. Pour batter and bake for 30-35 mins at 180 degree temperature. Allow it to cool.
- Cut it into three layers. Place one layer soak it with water. For filing take whipped cream, add 1 tbsp pineapple crush and little pineapple emulsion and 2 tbsp pineapple compote.
- Mix it well. Now put this filing on the cake layer. Spread the filing evenly. Repeat the steps and complete rest of the layers.
- Do a thin layer of crumb coating with same cream. For frosting, use plain white whipped cream. With a card scrapper, smoothen the sides and the top side of the cake.
- In a piping bag, take yellow cream and make lines on the side and top of cake. With flat card, blend the yellow color with white cream.
- And do the same with a palette knife. With a spoon, create a wave effect on the top of cake as shown in video.
- Now with piping bag, make dots pattern on the base of cake. Now with green piping bag, make fine green branches and thorn design.
- Take a rose nail and make 4-5 white color roses with N11 nozzle. Place the roses on the green branches with equal distance between them.
- Make small white dots and put smaller purple dots as highlights. Spray silver glitter on design. Cake is ready.
