No bake -Chocolate Peanut Balls

Craving for an instant and healthy snack? Enjoy this recipe of Choco peanut balls that can be made easily and requires less ingredients. This is a no bake recipe. Relish this delicious snack.

Ingredients

 

  • 1/2 cup Peanuts
  • 4 pieces of Biscuits
  • 1/2 cup + 4 tbsp melted chocolate

Directions

 

  • Dry roast 1/2 cup peanuts at medium and cool completely.
  • Take 4 pieces of left over biscuits and add into jar and grind to coarse powder and add the roasted peanuts(remove peel) and grind again.
  • Add the mixture to a bowl and add 4 tbsp melted chocolate and mix well. Make a dough.
  • Take small portion and make balls and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  • Take 1/2 cup melted chocolate and dip the balls in it. Coat all sides and place for drying. Garnish with melted chocolate. Smooth our edges.
  • Use Oddy Uniwrap paper foil to wrap the choco balls and store for late use.
