Nutty Oreo Chocolate Blondies

Perfect Nuty Oreo Chocolate Blondie is for birthday parties, kitty parties, and as a dessert. It is easy to prepare and is very delicious in taste. Before baking, line the cake tin with Oddy Ecobake. It helps in the easy removal of cake and prevents it from sticking to the base.

Ingredients

 

  • White chocolate - 150gms, Butter - 100gms
  • Milk - 100gms, Condensed Milk - 125gms
  • Chocolate Essence - 1/2tsp, Maida - 150gms
  • Baking Powder - 1tsp, Chopped Oreo Biscuits - 1/4th cup
  • Choco chips - 1/4th cup, Oddy Ecobake
  • For Topping: Oreo Biscuits - 8no.s Choco chips - 2tbsp
  • For Ganache: Dark Chocolate -150gms, Fresh Cream - 1/4th cup, Chopped Almonds(Badam), Cashewnuts(Kaju) & Walnuts(Akhrot) - 1/4th cup

Directions

 

  • Line the cake tin with Oddy Ecobake. With the double boiler method, melt the white chocolate. Add butter in it to the same vessel while on the double boiler.
  • Allow it to cool down. Add condensed milk, milk, and chocolate essence. Mix it well. Sieve, maida, baking powder.
  • Add oreo biscuits and choco chips. Pour the batter in a cake tin. As toppings add Oreo biscuits. And in gaps add chocochips.
  • In a preheated oven, 170 degree 30 to 35 mins bake. Once done, cool it. Spread nutty ganache. Blondie should be completely at room temperature.
  • Keep it in the fridge to refrigerate it. For half an hour. Once done, cut the pieces.
