Onion Paratha

About the Recipe

Parathas are the staple breakfast for north Indians. It usually consists of veggies stuffed inside a flatbread, basically our normal chapati rolled out a bit thicker. Adding our authentic spices makes the paratha tasty and filing due to its thickness. Parathas are usually served with curd, chutney or sauces. Ingredients

 

  • Oddy Uniwraps
  • Onion 4 chopped
  • Coriander leaves 2-3 tsp
  • Green chilli 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Aamchur powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Oil or ghee

Directions

 

  • In a mixing bowl add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, red chillli powder, ajwain, coriander powder, amchur powder, cumin seeds and mix well.
  • Add this stuffing to regular atta dough & roll it well. Heat a pan and cook the paratha on from both sides until golden and crispy with applying oil or ghee. Serve hot with sauce, curd or green chutney.
