Paneer Pan Pizza In 10 Minutes

About the Recipe

Try this paneer pan pizza in under 10 minutes. You need not bake this pizza in a cooker or any deep-bottomed vessel. Ecobake cooking paper helps in spreading the pizza dough and baking the pizza without the need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Water, sugar - 1/2 tsp & yeast - 1/2 tsp
  • Maida - 1/2 cup, salt - 1/2 tsp & Oil - 1 tsp
  • Grated cheese, paneer & Veggies
  • Red chilli flakes & Italian seasoning

Directions

 

  • Put warm water in a pan and add sugar and yeast. Mix everything well and let it rest for 10 minutes by closing the lid. Once the yeast is activated, add the maida, salt, and oil and combine well to form a dough.
  • Knead the dough well and rest it in the pan for 10 minutes by closing the lid and sealing the opening. Once the dough doubles in size, knead the dough well and punch the air pocket formed.
  • Take Ecobake cooking paper and spread the dough on it. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin until it is half an inch thick. Cover the lid and rest the base for 10 minutes.
  • Apply pizza sauce and add mozzarella cheese, paneer and veggies to the pizza base. Close the lid and bake the pizza for 10 minutes. Garnish with chilli flakes and Italian seasoning.
