About the Recipe

A quick and protein-rich sandwich that is tasty and will also keep you full for longer. Tamarind and mint chutney gives a spicy and tangy taste to this sandwich with added taste of processed and mozzarella cheese. Can be made in less than 10 mins. Oddy Ecobake helps in toasting the sandwich quickly in the pan.

Ingredients

  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Bread 2 slices
  • Paneer cubed 7-8 cubes
  • Capsicum 1/2 cubed
  • Onion 1/2 cubed
  • Mint Chutney 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind Chutney 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise and tomato sauce 2 tbsp each
  • Green Chili Sauce 1/2 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tbsp
  • Chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Process cheese Mozzarella cheese
  • salt as required
  • Coriander chopped
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

  • In a pan add butter and toast the bread on one side only. On the toasted side apply mint chutney. Apply tamarind chutney. In a bowl mix tomato sauce and mayonnaise together. Apply this over our toasted bread. Also, apply green chili sauce to it.
  • Place the panner cubes as shown in the video. Between the panner cubes add onion and capsicum. Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes on top. Sprinkle salt and add shredded processed cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  • For the final time sprinkle cheese oregano, chili flakes, and coriander leaves. Preheat pan for 5-7 mins with a covered lid. Place Oddy Ecobake on the pan and add a little butter to it. Oddy Ecobake is non-sticky and eco-friendly.
  • Place the sandwich on Oddy Ecobake and finely cut mozzarella cheese on top, cover the lid and cook for 4-5 mins. Remove from heat, add sauce on top, cut and serve hot.
