Perfect Bakery Style Brownie

Ingredients

 

  • Measuring cup- 200ml
  • Cake tin- 8"x8" square cake tin
  • Whole wheat flour - 1+ 1/4 cup
  • Dark chocolate compound- 250g
  • Cocoa powder- 4 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Refined oil- 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder- 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence- few drops
  • Milk- 1/2 cup
  • Chopped walnuts- 2-3 tbsp

Directions

 

  • Use Oddy Ecobake to cover your cake tin. This will help in easy demolding of brownie. Melt the dark chocolate compound with double boiler method.
  • In a bowl add oil, powdered sugar and mix well. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla essence and mix again. Add milk and mix well. Now add the melted chocolate. Sieve wheat flour, baking powder, cocoa powder into the batter.
  • Mix with cut and fold method and avoid any lumps. Our brownie batter is ready. Add chopped walnuts and for one last time.
  • Pour the batter in our baking tin and spread it evenly. Add chopped walnuts on top of brownie batter. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 mins.
  • Let the brownie cool down, demold it cut it into pieces and serve. It tastes delicious with vanilla ice cream.
