Pinacolada Roundles Pastry

About the Recipe

Unique and tasty Pinacolda Roundle Pastry is soft and creamy. Try this for house parties and kids’ birthday parties. Use Oddy Ecobake for baking in cake tins. It is greaseproof, no need to grease the cake tin. It is safe, healthy, and reusable.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 Cup vanilla premix, 1/2 cup water, 1.5 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp pineapple emulsion, Oddy Ecobake
  • 1-1.5 tbsp pineapple crush, 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • whipping cream, white chocolate shavings or crapings
  • 1 tbsp natural gel mixed with little water and few drops of yellow color
  • star nozzle, cherry, small pineapple piece, chocolate strip, silver sugar balls

Directions

 

  • In a bowl, take 1 Cup vanilla premix and1/2 cup water and mix. In it add 1.5 tbsp oil and 1/4 tsp pineapple emulsion. Mix it to form a smooth batter.
  • Take 9*9 flat square tin. Line it with Oddy Ecobake. Pour batter uniformly. Bake it at 180 degree celsius for 15-20 mins.
  • For filling, in a bowl, take 1-1.5 tbsp pineapple crush, 2 tbsp desiccated coconut, and 1.4 tsp pineapple emulsion. Add 1 tbsp whipping cream and mix it well.
  • Allow the cake to cool. Then cut out circle shaped small pastry sponge with a round cutter or small bowl. With a pipping bag, pour the whipping cream mixture on the cut circle cake sponge.
  • Add another layer of cut sponge and complete the crumb coating of the pastry. Now coat the pastry in white chocolate shavings or crapings.
  • Next take 1 tbsp natural gel mixed with little water and few drops of yellow color. Mix it. Spread the gel mixture in the cake.
  • With star nozzle make design on it. Place a cherry and small pineapple piece. Add a chocolate strip, and sprinkle silver sugar balls. Pinacolada Roundles Pastry is ready.
