Potato Cheese Pizza

The complete base of this pizza is made with potato fried with perfection. A super tangy pizza sauce is applied on this potato base and freshly diced veggies are added and topped with grated cheese and herbs. Enjoy this delicious pizza with a twist with your loved ones. Ingredients

 

  • Oddy Ecobake
  • Potato Base: 6 medium sized peeled potatoes,1/3 Cup corn flour,1/2 Tsp salt,1/2 Tsp crushed black pepper,1/2 Tsp chilli flakes, /2 Tsp mix herbs
  • Pizza sauce: 2 Tbsp tomato ketchup,1 Tbsp mayonnaise,1/2 Tbsp chopped garlic, 1/2 Tsp mix herbs,1/2 Tsp chilli flakes, 1/2 Tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • Pizza assembling: Cooked potato base, pizza sauce, grated mozzarella cheese, veggies (Tomato, Capsicum, onion), black olives, chilli flakes & Mix herbs

Directions

 

  • Grate potatoes and put them in a bowl of water. Wash, clean and transfer in a bowl. Add corn flour, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, mixed herbs and mix well. Make a dough.
  • In a pan add butter. Add potato dough on pan. Press and spread uniformly. Make a circular shape. Cover and cook at medium flame. Flip and cook. Cook until golden brown consistency on both sides. Potato base cooked completely.
  • In a small bowl add tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, chopped garlic, mix herbs, chilli flakes, Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well. Our Pizza sauce ready.
  • Add pizza sauce on our potato base. Spread uniformly. Add grated mozzarella cheese. Add cut veggies (capsicum, tomato, onion). Add black olives.
  • Line the pan with Oddy Ecobake. Oddy Ecobake is grease-proof and reusable, hence greasing the pan is not needed. Place Potato Pizza in kadai. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Remove lid after 5 mins. Sprinkle chilli flakes and mix herbs. Cut into pieces. Cheesy potato pizza is ready to serve.
