Raw Mango Lollipops

Do you love mangoes but get bored of eating the same kind of dishes made from them? Then try the “raw mango lollipops” from this recipe. The lollipops balance all tastes like sweetness, saltiness, and sourness. Make lollipops from mango mixture by using Oddy Ecobake as a mold. It makes non-sticky, hassle-free lollipops that slide easily from the mold.

Ingredients

 

  • Mango-1 Raw & Mint leaves
  • Water-1/2 Cup & Sugar-3/4 Cup
  • Black salt-1/4 Tsp
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Wash, peel, and cut the mango into pieces. Grind it to a paste along with mint leaves and water.
  • Strain into a bowl. Pour it into a glass and let it rest for 15 minutes. Take the upper layer of juice after it settles.
  • Melt sugar in a pan, add water, and stir. Then add mango juice to it and cook until a soft ball consistency forms. Add salt to it and stir.

  • You can use Oddy Ecobake as a mold. Pour a spoonful of the mango mixture and insert a toothpick.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes. The sweet, salty, and sour mango lollipops are ready.
