Ingredients

  • Red velvet cake premix - 180 gm & Oil - 1.5 tbsp
  • Water - 3/4 cup, Paneer - 50 gm & Whipped cream
  • Sugar syrup, Oddy Ecobake & Yellow food gel - 1 drop

Directions

  • Prepare cake batter by mixing red velvet cake premix with oil and water. Transfer the cake batter into a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for 30 minutes in a preheated kadai. Once the cake is baked and cooled, trim the top of the cake.
  • Then divide the cake into three equal parts. Crumble the top layer of the cake into small pieces. Grind 50 g of paneer in a mixer jar with 2 tbsp of milk. Beat 200 ml of whipping cream in a bowl. Add the paneer mixture to the whipped cream and beat them until stiff peaks are formed.
  • Place the first cake layer on the cake board, soak it with sugar syrup, and apply whipped cream and grated white chocolate. Now repeat the same process for the second and third layers of the cake. Frost the cake completely with the cream and level it using a cake scraper and spatula.
  • Mark a heart shape at the centre of the cake as shown. Make a petal pattern starting from the end of the cake to the center, finishing with the heart shape with a rose petal nozzle. Decorate the heart shape with red velvet crumble. Make a shell design at the bottom with a star-shaped nozzle.
