Sago Potato Puri

This recipe can be made quickly and is a great option for people who are fasting. No need to soak the sago for this recipe, let’s see how to make Sago potato puri. Ingredients

 

  • 4 potatoes grated
  • 1 tbsp grated green chillies
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 cup sago powdered
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required

Directions

 

  • In a bowl add grated potatoes, grated chillies, jeera powder, sago powder, chilli powder and salt. Add water as required and mix into a smooth dough
  • Roll the dough into small circular shape for puris. Take Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper and place in our rolling pan.
  • Place the puri dough on top of Oddy Ecobake and press with your hands. Unlike other baking products, Oddy Ecobake is grease-proof and does not require oiling.
  • Place another Oddy Ecobake on top of it and pat the dough in the shape of puri. Remove the Oddy Ecobake and our puri is ready to be fried. Deep fry the puris in hot oil on both sides to get crispy puris.
