Ingredients

  • oil, jeera, methi & fennel seeds
  • kalaunji, mustard seeds & dry red chillies - 2
  • hing - 1 pinch, peanuts - 2 tbsp & ginger chilli paste
  • turmeric, salt, black salt & garam masala
  • boiled potatoes - 3 & chopped coriander leaves
  • maida - 3/4 cup, salt, kalaunji & ajwain, ghee - 1 tbsp & water

Directions

  • Heat the oil in a pan, add all the masalas mentioned one by one, and mix well. Add the mashed and boiled potatoes to the masalas and give them a good mix.
  • Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves, and your filling is ready. Make a thick dough by mixing maida, salt, kalounji, and ghee with water.
  • Divide the dough into three equal parts and shape into round balls. Flatten a ball and cut it into two halves. Fold the dough as shown and stuff with filling.
  • Apply water at the edges and seal it as shown. Place these samosas on a baking tray lined with Oddy Ecobake. Air fry them for 10 minutes at 220°C after brushing them with oil. Your samosas are ready!
