Soft Chocolate Cake Made Using Steel Glass

Make this super soft and moist chocolate cake using steel glass. You don’t need an oven, eggs, or soda to make this chocolate cake. Brown Oddy Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your cake without any greasing and no need for cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp oil, 1/3 Cup sugar powder & 1/2 Cup milk
1 Tbsp condensed milk (optional) & 3/4 Cup wheat flour
1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder & 3/4 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp vinegar & 2 Tbsp choco chips
melted chocolate for garnishing

Directions

In a bowl, whisk and mix the wet ingredients like oil, sugar, and milk. Sieve the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix the wet and dry ingredients to make the cake batter.
Add 1 tsp of vinegar and choco chips to the cake batter. Prepare the vessel on a stove for 5 minutes with a wire stand. Take 2 steel glasses, line them with brown Oddy Ecobake.
Transfer the cake batter into the glasses. After 5 minutes, place the Ecobake baking plate on it and place the steel glasses on it. Bake the cake for 22 minutes at a low flame.
Once the cakes are baked and cooled, demould the cakes. Garnish the cakes with chocolate ganache and a few choco chips. Cut the glass cakes into several rolls and enjoy.
