Sooji Poori

About the Recipe

Make this quick and healthy breakfast, “sooji poori,” for your family, made of sooji, salt, and fried in oil or ghee. Though it is made of oil or ghee, it can be eaten without guilt since it is home-made and does not absorb much oil, since we have used Oddy Uniwraps that absorb excess oil, and it is a great choice for packing the pooris to keep them fresh for a long time.
