Soya Paneer Roll

About the Recipe

Easy to make and full of protein, you can make soya paneer roll as a post workout meal,which is healthy and tasty on the other hand. Best thing is you don’t need any special ingredients for this recipe, and no special equipment and it can be prepared in a very less time period. You can try this for breakfast or also as  an evening snack.

Ingredients

 

  • Soya Granules
  • Paneer
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Capsicum
  • Garlic
  • Schezwan sauce
  • Mayonnaise

Directions

 

  • Soak ½ cup of soya granules in warm water.
  • Take a Kadhai and add 1 tbsp of oil, cumin and garlic in it, stirr a little then add chopped onion into it. Cook them until the onion turns a brownish color.
  • Then add chopped capsicum and tomato to the pan. Now, add soaked soya granules to the pan, mix it and add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, and a few pinches of garam masala with some turmeric powder.
  • Add 1 tbsp of schezwan sauce and mix it well, after sometime add scrambled cottage cheese and keep stirring.
  • Now, make a paratha as usual and transfer the stuffing onto the paratha with a layer of mayonnaise and ketchup as shown in the video.
  • Roll it and wrap it using Oddy Uniwraps food wrapping paper, and your high protein soya paneer roll is ready.
