Ingredients

  • Sandga (which is made from chana dal and matki dal and in summer, we make it for full year)
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • Mustard seeds and jeera
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi or turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Kanda lehsun masala
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt for taste
  • Mangoes

Directions

  • Take 1 cup of sandga in a kadhai and heat it lightly on medium flame. Now add oil. Once it turns red, turn off the flame.
  • In the same kadhai, add some oil, mustard seeds, jeera and curry leaves. Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and one finely chopped onion. Cook it for some time.
  • Add all the spices now and some fresh coriander. In the same kadhai, add already prepared sandga and mix it well.
  • Add water as per requirement and salt. Sukhi bhaji is ready.
  • For aamras, soak mangoes in water for about 30 minutes or so. Take one mango, press it from all sides until it turns soft.
  • Remove the eye of the mango and collect its pulp in a bowl. Do this for all mangoes.
  • For chapatis, prepare the dough and cook them one by one. Pack your chapatis in Oddy Uniwraps paper foil!
