Tea Cake Recipe in A Pan With Custard Powder

Make this tea time cake in a pan without eggs and an oven. This is a super soft and spongy cake. This cake can be made with just a handful of ingredients. Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your cake without any greasing and no need for cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients

 

  • Powdered sugar – ½ cup & Fresh Malai – ¼ cup
  • Oil – 1 tbsp, Milk – 1 cup & Maida – 1 ¼ cup
  • Custard powder – ¼ cup & Milk powder – 4 tbsp
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp & Baking soda – ¼ tsp
  • Tutti Frooti & Chopped pistachio

Directions

 

  • Line a cake mould with Ecobake cooking paper and place an object at the centre of the mould.
  • Prepare the cake batter by grinding all the wet ingredients together and sieving all the dry ingredients together and mixing them well.
  • Transfer the cake batter to the mould and bake it for 35 minutes. Once the cake is baked and cooled, remove the object from the centre.
  • Garnish the cake with chopped pistachios, cut it into pieces and enjoy.
