Tea Time Almond Cake Without Eggs

Make this yummy and super soft almond cake for tea time snacks without using eggs or the oven. You just need a handful of ingredients to make this soft and delightful dessert. The Uniwraps brown paper foil helps in packing the almond cake for your kids’ tiffin box to keep them fresh and soft for a long time.

Ingredients

 

  • ¾ cup powdered sugar & ½ cup curd
  • ¼ cup refined oil & ¾ cup maida
  • ¼ cup almond powder & 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda & 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds & 1/3rd cup milk

Directions

 

  • Whisk curd, refined oil, and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix well. Sieve the dry ingredients into the same bowl and combine well. Add milk gradually to adjust the consistency of the cake batter. 
  • Preheat a kadai with a stand for 5 minutes. Bake the cake in a cake mould in the preheated kadai for 35 minutes. Once the cake is completely baked, switch off the stove.
  • Let the almond cake cool for a while and cut it into small pieces. With Oddy Uniwraps paper foil, you can pack these almond cake slices in your kids' tiffin boxes for them to stay fresh and soft for a long time.
