About the Recipe

Easy and chocolatey cake that will fill your cake cravings. The decoration mentioned can be made easily with the ingredients available at home. Oddy Ecobake is used to line the cake moulds. Ecobake is non-sticky and hassle-free.

Ingredients

 

  • 150 gms premix chocolate sponge
  • Whipped Chocolate cream
  • Chocolate ganache
  • Choco chips
  • Golden balls

Directions

 

  • Clean the Oddy Ecobake cooking paper. Since Ecobake is reusable, we just clean it and use gain. It is non-sticky and also eco-friendly. Make 150 gms premix chocolate sponge and cut it into 3 layers.
  • Add first layer, whipped chocolate cream, chocolate ganache. Repeat the second layer and add choc chips on top of it. Finally add the third layer, whipped chocolate cream, chocolate ganache and level the cake and refrigerate
  • Take white chocolate and pour it in OHP sheet. Take the cake mould and place it on top and remove immediately to form the shape of spikes. Refrigerate the cake mould and our decoration will be ready to add on the cake.
  • Remove the cake and decorate with white chocolate squares on the sides. Add the spikes decoration in the middle of the cake and add golden balls on the sides. Add while chocolate hearts. Super easy and trending double chocolate cake design is ready.
