Unique Whipped Cream Roses cake decoration. This is a very simple yet elegant design that makes the cake look special. It requires very little effort and time. Before baking the cake, don’t forget to line the cake tin with Oddy Ecobake. It makes cake removal easy, and it is reusable, safe to use, and non-sticky as well.

Ingredients

6 inch cake tin & Oddy Ecobake
1-1.5 cup whipped cream, N11 and N21 nozzle
Food colors: green, pink green blue and black

Directions

Prepare Vanilla cake flavor batter. Take a 6 inch cake tin and line it with Oddy Ecobake.
Pour the batter in the tin and bake it as regular method. Cut it into three layers and with whipped cream do layering and regular crumb coating.
Next prepare a grey cream frosting by mixing a little liquid blue and little liquid black color in the cream and whisk it well. Evenly coat the cake and smoothen the sides and top of the cake.
With a triangle shapped card, give the sides and top part of the cake a circular design. Next take a Noor 11 nozzle to make roses.
Take whipped cream and add pink color for pink roses. Take rose nail or glass to make roses and pour the pink cream in a piping bag.
With the N11 nozzle, keep the pointed side in upward direction and broader side in downward direction. Make roses by making a C in the outwards side.
First make smaller C, and the outer petals of the rose make larger C. Spray some silver color to make the rose more attractive.
Gently using a scissor pick the rose and place it in the center of the cake. In the same manner, prepare two more roses.
In another piping bag, fill green whiped cream and prepare leaves near the roses on the cake. Prepare a border with Noor 21 nozzle at the base of the cake.
For final look spray silver color edible spray on the cake and place some white sugar balls.
