Veg Roll

About the Recipe

An easier plus healthy version of making your kids eat veggies is through Veg rolls. These are very easy to make and you can customize the veggies and spice up according to your kids needs. Make this for tiffin or as an evening snack. Use Oddy Uniwraps to wrap the roll. This will keep the rolls intact and fresh for longer.

Ingredients

 

  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies chopped 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Capsicum 1 chopped
  • Salt as required
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Schezwan chutney 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 3-4 tbsp
  • Panner 80 gms cubed
  • Maida 1 cup
  • Wheat flour 2 cups
  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Water
  • Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • In a pan add oil, chopped garlic, green chillies, onion, capsicum, salt, red chilli powder, schezwan chutney, tomato ketchup, and mix well. Add panner and mix well.
  • In a bowl add maida, wheat flour, salt, oil and water. Knead into a smooth dough and roll into chapatis. Heat pan and cook chapatis fry on both sides.
  • Take a chapati, add mayonnaise and tomato ketchup, spread nicely. Add stuffing in middle and sprinkle chopped onion and capsicum, salt and pepper powder. Roll the chapati tightly.
  • Now roll in Oddy Unwraps and serve hot. Oddy Uniwraps is eco-friendly and reheatable. Perfect for rolls and sandwiches. You can also pack the Veg rolls in tiffin for kids.
