Ingredients
- Premix - 1 cup & water - 1/2 cup
- Chilled whipping cream - 1 cup & Sugar syrup
- Chocolate ganache & Wafer sheet
- Electric pink food gel & Chopped dark chocolate
- White sugar balls & Oddy Ecobake
Directions
- Prepare the chocolate cake batter by mixing cake premix with water. Transfer the cake batter to a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for 20 minutes in a preheated kadai. Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into three equal parts.
- Prepare whipped cream by beating whipping cream in a bowl until stiff peaks are formed. Place the first cake layer on the cake board, apply chocolate ganache, and spread evenly. Apply whipping cream to the ganache and spread it uniformly, then place the second layer on it.
- Repeat the same process for the second and third layers of the cake. Frost the cake completely using whipped cream. Cut the wafer sheet according to the width of the cake. Apply the wafer sheets to the sides of the cake as shown.
- Decorate the half-kg cake similarly and place it on top of the 1 kg cake. Apply electric pink gel to the sides of the second tier of the cake with a scraper. Spread the pink colour on the sides to give it a pink shade.
- Make a shell design at the bottom of both tiers of the cake with an open star nozzle. Make overlapped rose petal designs on the top of the second tier of the cake. Garnish with chopped dark chocolate at the center. Decorate with white sugar balls on the rose petals.
