Waffle Chocolate Icecream Bar

Waffle Chocolate Ice Cream Bar is dessert ice cream. It is cold, sweet and has a dash of chocolate. Very easy to prepare and requires just 4 main ingredients. For easy demolding, one can freeze it using Oddy Ecobake papers.  It is safe and convenient to use.

Ingredients

 

  • One packet of Chocolate waffles
  • 1/2 Cup whip cream
  • 1/4 Cup condensed milk
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbsp choco chips
  • melted chocolate and choco chips for garnishing

Directions

 

  • Take the waffles and separate the slices. Line mould with Oddy Ecobake. Place waffle slices at the bottom. Oddy Ecobake lining paper is non sticky, water resistant, healthy and convenient to use.
  • Next in a bowl take 1/2 cup whip cream and whisk until fluffy. Next add 1/4 cup condensed milk and 1 tbsp cocoa powder. Whisk again and mix well. Next add 3 tbsp choco chips and again mix well.
  • Pour into the freezing mould. Spread uniformly. Place waffle slices on top. Cover Oddy Ecobake. Wrap with Oddy Ecobake. Seal it with rubber bands and refrigerate in freezer for 8 hours.
  • Unwrap after 8 hours. Demould from container. Cut into slices. Garnish with melted chocolate and choco chips and serve.
