Yummy Vietnamese Rolls with Rice Paper

About the Recipe

Vietnamese rice paper rolls are bursting with flavors from the vegetables. It can be served with a minute-long, highly addicting Vietnamese peanut dipping sauce. Oddy Ecobake helps to wrap the vegetables in the rice paper.

Ingredients

 

  • Carrot, Cabbage, Cucumber & Spring onions
  • Peanuts - 1 tbsp, Red chillies - 3, Garlic pods - 5, Ginger & Oil
  • Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp, Soya sauce - 1 tbsp, Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Jaggery - 2 pieces, Coconut milk - 1/4 cup & Salt
  • Rice paper, Mung bean noodles & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Chop all the vegetables and keep them aside. Soak the mung bean noodles in hot water for 10 minutes. To prepare Vietnamese dipping sauce, roast peanuts, red chillies, garlic pods, and jaggery with some oil.
  • Grind them together with all the sauces to a fine paste. Transfer this paste to a pan, add coconut milk to it, and let it come to a boil. Dip the rice papers for a few seconds in water and place them on the Oddy Ecobake.
  • Strain the extra water from the noodles and keep it aside. Wrap the rice paper around the chopped vegetables and noodles as shown. Serve these delectable rolls with the Vietnamese dip.
