About the Recipe
Today we are going to make a unique breakfast recipe with besan and chapati dough. This can be done in a very less time and it tastes yummy. Ecobake helps in steaming the chapatis without sticking to the pan.

Ingredients
- 1 cup besan
- Water & Salt
- Chopped tomato, onion, and green chillies
- coriander leaves & Boiled corn – 2 tbsp
- Turmeric – ½ tsp
- Chilli flakes & Maagi masala
- Mustard seeds & Oil
- Chapati dough
Directions
- In a bowl, add 1 cup of besan, salt, and turmeric and mix well. Now add water to the bowl little by little and mix it with besan to make a batter of thick consistency.
- Add chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, and boiled corn kernels to the batter. Take a small portion of chapati dough and roll it into a circle of 15 to 17 cm.
- Cut out small circles from the flattened dough using a round cup. Apply 1 tbsp of besan batter on one circle and cover it with another circle.
- Heat a pan with water. Take a perforated pan lined with Ecobake non-stick liners and place the chapatis on it.
- Place this perforated pan on the water. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 10 min. After 10 minutes, take the steamed chapatis and cut them into two halves.
- Take a pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Add 1 tsp of mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add 1 packet of maagi masala to the pan and saute it for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Place the steamed chapatis on the tempering and let them cook for some time. A unique breakfast recipe is ready.
