Moist and Super Fluffy Chocolate Overloaded Cake

A chocolate-overloaded cake is the only thing better than a chocolate cake.  The best chocolate cake you’ll ever cook might just be this rich and wonderful treat. Although it’s quite easy to make, the end product is truly stunning. With Ecobake, you can get the ideal cake shape without any greasing or additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Sugar powder – 5 spoons & Milk – 15 spoons
  • Fresh curd – 3 spoons & Oil – 4 spoons
  • Vanilla Essence – 1 spoon & Maida – 7 spoons
  • Cocoa powder – 1.5 spoons & Baking powder – ¼ spoon
  • Baking soda – a pinch & Whip cream – ¼ cup
  • Chocolate ganache

Directions

 

  • Make the cake batter by mixing the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Add 1 cup of hot water to adjust the consistency of the batter. Take two 6 inch cake moulds, lined with Ecobake parchment paper, and transfer the cake batter to them. Bake the cake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C.
  • Once the cakes are cooled a bit, demould them and keep them in the fridge until they are completely cooled. To make chocolate frosting, combine 14 cup cocoa powder and whipped cream. Take the cakes from the fridge and slice each cake into 3 equal parts. Complete the frosting by frosting each layer of the cake separately.
  • Make chocolate ganache by melting white chocolate and fresh cream in the oven for 30 seconds. Make chocolate drips on the sides of the cake using ganache. Decorate the cakes further with golden drip and oreo cookies, which are placed randomly on top of the cakes.
