Ingredients

 

  • Pink liquid food colour
  • Chopped chocolate
  • Whipped cream

Directions

 

  • Bake a strawberry flavour cake sponge.
  • Whip 1+¼ cup whipping cream by the time the cake is cooling down.
  • Do the frosting using white whipped cream.
  • Once the cake is cool , divide it into 3 layers and do the frosting with whipping cream.
  • And make designs on the cake side with a scrapper.
  • Take some whipped cream on a plate & lift it with a spatula , make it a bit even with a spoon.
  • Take some pink liquid food colour , make a thick pink food colour line on the centre of the cream heap, from one side to another side with the help of toothpick or brush.
  • Take an Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper.
  • Roll the paper as shown in the video to give it the shape of a cone
  • Secure the paper edges with help of cello tape.
  • Transfer the spatula cream in the cone.
  • Make a slightly big “V” shape cut on the tip of cone.
  • Make half pink & half white leaves on the edges of the cake using cone.
  • Make one more round on the back side of the first one to see the overall look.
  • Make the 3rd and final round ahead of the first one.
  • Fill the cake centre with chopped chocolate.
  • Make a swirl effect pattern on the cake bottom with the same cream with the help of cone.
