Chocolate Marble Biscuits Without Baking Powder & Baking Soda

Chocolate marble biscuits are a delightful treat that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and vanilla. In this recipe, you can learn how to make chocolate marble biscuits without baking soda and baking powder. Ingredients

 

  • Butter - 1/2 cup & Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup, Maida - 1 cup & Oddy Ecobake
  • Chopped nuts & Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
  • Yellow liquid color & Sesame seeds

Directions

 

  • In a bowl, beat the butter, vanilla essence, and powdered sugar well. Add maida through a sieve to the butter and powdered sugar mixture. Mix them well to prepare the dough.
  • Separate the dough into two portions. Add cocoa powder to one portion of the dough to prepare the chocolate dough. Add yellow food coloring to the other portion of the dough to make vanilla dough.
  • Roll them into rectangular bars, mix them, and sprinkle sesame seeds as shown. Wrap the dough and freeze it for some time. Cut the rectangular dough into small pieces.
  • Bake them in an oven at 160 °C for 17 minutes. You can bake them in a preheated vessel for 21 minutes on the stove. Your chocolate marble biscuits are ready!
