Ingredients

 

  • Wheat’s flour
  • All purpose flour
  • Powdered sugar
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Curd
  • Refine oil / Desi ghee
  • Onion seeds
  • Coriander

Directions

 

  • Take one mixing bowl and strain 1 cup wheat’s flour , 1 cup all purpose flour and mix it well.
  • Then add ½ tsp powdered sugar , ¼ tsp baking soda and salt as per taste in the bowl and mix them well with the help of a spoon.
  • Now add 1 cup not too sour curd and 2 tsp of refined oil and mix it well.
  • Keep mixing it and start adding some lukewarm water and make soft dough.
  • Take Oddy Uniwrap and cover dough with Oddy uniwrap and leave it on a warm place for 2 hrs. , and cover the mixing bowl .
  • After 2hrs. Unwrap the dough and divide into pieces , and roll it using rolling pin
  • Apply some water on pieces while rolling and sprinkle some onion seeds and coriander on it and start rolling , making a shape of roti at least 5.
  • Take a kadai and apply some oil on all sides.
  • Place rotis on the sides of kadai as shown in the video.
  • Bake rotis on high flames until the rotis shows bubbles
  • Flip the kadai upside down and start baking rotis as shown in the video.
