Ingredients

 

  • 90 grms warm water
  • 1 tsp coffee powder
  • 60 grms curd
  • 140-grms powder sugar
  • 60 grms normal refined oil
  • 1/4th Belgium chocolate essence
  • 110 grms maida
  • 50 grms cocoa powder
  • Baking powder 1/2 + 1/4th tsp
  • Baking Soda 1/2 + 1/4th tsp
  • milk 60 grms
  • 1 tsp Vinegar

Directions

 

  • Take a 6-inch tin and place Oddy ecobake paper cut liners as the base for the cake mixture. Oddy Ecobake is non- greasy and eco- friendly thus making a perfect choice as a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl take lukewarm water and add coffee powder in it. In another bowl add curd, powdered sugar, mix well and oil, add coffee syrup, coffee essence, maida and cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Mix the batter well and add milk and vinegar. Pour the batter in the tin and bake at 180 degrees for Celsius for 25-30 mins. Our cake is ready to serve.
