Ingredients
- Curd- 1/3cup
- Sugar powder- 1/3cup
- Oil-2tbsp
- Vanilla extract-1/2tsp
- Aata powder-3/4cup
- Cocoa powder-1.5tbsp
- Milk-1cup
- Sugar-3tbsp
- Dessicated coconut-3tbsp
Directions
- Line baking tray with oddy ecobake baking paper.
- Add curd, whisk & mix it well.
- Add oil, vanilla extract, sugar powder and mix it well.
- Through the sieve add aata, cocoa powder and mix it well.
- Mix them well to get smooth batter, pour into baking tray and cook & bake at low flame for 40mins.
- Boil the milk, add sugar, and stir continuously until it thickens.
- Add coconut and mix well.
- Slice the sponge into two halves and pour the prepared mixture in between by spreading them uniformly.
- Refrigerate it for 2 hours and the yummy pastry is ready to serve.
