Chole Bhature recipe is tasty and delicious. Get the perfect crispy and puffed restaurant-style bhatura at home. Now you can store the fried bhatura in Oddy Uniwrap, it mains freshness and saves time from frying bhatura again.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
- 1/4 cup semolina (rava)
- salt (as per taste), 1 tsp sugar & 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 4 tsp curd, Oil as required & water as required
- 2 cups soaked chickpeas (chole)
- 1 bay leaf, 1 black cardamon, 3 pepper corn, 3 cloves, 2 green cardamon, cinnamon stick, & 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 3 chopped onions, 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp grated ginger & 2 tsp finely chopped garlic, freshly chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder & 1 tsp chole powder
Directions
- In a flat plate, take maida, add rava, salt, sugar and baking soda and mix roughly. Then add curd and mix the dry ingredients with the curd. Slowly pour water and knead a loose dough.
- Again add little water and knead it continously for 1-2 mins till a soft dough is formed. Add 2 tsp oil and knead again. Cover and let the dough rest for 30 mins.
- In a cooker, add oil, whole gram masala, let it splutter. Add in onions, giner & garlic, tomatoes, dry powders. Mix it well and let the masalas get cooked well. Add in little water and mix it and let it cook.
- Add in soaked chole, salt as per taste, and a little water. Give it a nice stir. Cover with lid and pressure cook on low-medium flame for 10 mins or 2-3 whistles.
- Next, again knead the bhature dough with little oil. Make round balls. Apply some oil and make round shape bhature with rolling pin or by using finger tips.
- Heat the oil in kadhai and fry the bhature. When one side puffs up, flip it on the other side. It will get a slight brown colour. Remove from flame when done. Now you can keep your bhatura fresh in Oddy Uniwrap. It will meaintain the freshness and can be eaten next day also.
