Egg Biscuits Within Ten Minutes

About the Recipe

Egg biscuits, or coin biscuits, are famous among bakeries. They are crispy with a mild sugary flavor and can be made easily at home. The Ecobake paper is used to fry the biscuits in the air fryer and make them crisp.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract & Egg-1
  • Powdered sugar—2 tbsp & Butter or ghee-1 tbsp
  • 1 tsp corn starch & Salt—a pinch
  • Atta/wheat flour-1/4 cup & Baking soda—1/4 tsp

Directions

 

  • In a bowl, beat an egg along with vanilla essence, powdered sugar, and ghee.
  • Add sieved wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and corn flour into it and mix well without lumps.
  • Transfer it into a tin lined with Ecobake paper, cut into the size of the tin as shown.
  • Pour the batter into small circles and cook them in a preheated air fryer for 15 minutes.
  • Let it cool. After 15 minutes, our crispy egg biscuits are ready.
