About the Recipe

China grass, or agar agar milk pudding, is a popular Indian dessert made from China grass, milk, and sugar. The Ecobake paper is used in the recipe to easily set and cut the milk pudding. It is reusable and eco-friendly.

Ingredients

 

  • Agar agar/ china grass-10 g
  • Milk-750 ml
  • Sugar-1 cup

Directions

 

  • Put china grass in a bowl, cut it into small pieces, and soak it in enough water to cover it.
  • Bring the milk to a boil and add the soaked china grass, straining out the water as you go.
  • Add sugar to it and cook it. Transfer it to a wide tray lined with Ecobake paper, let it refrigerate, and cut it into pieces.
  • Our tasty milk pudding is ready. You can use it for four days if refrigerated.
