- Take cake premix in a bowl and mix with water to make a smooth batter. Line a baking pan with Oddy Ecobake. Pour batter into it and tap well. Bake the cake in a preheated kadai for 20–25 minutes on a low flame. You can bake the cake for 20 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Demould the cake carefully and let it cool. Take whipping cream in a bowl and beat until stiff peaks form. Cut the cake into two layers. Place a layer of cake and soak with sugar syrup; apply whipping cream on it.
- Spread blueberry crush on it and garnish with a few choco chips. Repeat the process for the other layer. Frost the cake with whipping cream. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add whipping cream to a piping bag, frost the cake, and spread evenly as shown.
- Create patterns on the sides using a zigzag scraper. Add the ice blue gel food colour to the neutral gel and a little water. Drip it on the sides of the cake and spread it evenly using a scraper. Place the cake on the cake board using a palette knife.
- Decorate the cake with whipping cream using Noor nozzle no. 46. Decorate the top of the cake with whipping cream mixed with blue gel using an N1 nozzle. Write the preferred name on the wafer using chocolate ganache and place it on top. The simple and colourful blueberry crush cake is ready.
