Ingredients
- Instant dry yeast - 1.5 tsp, Sugar - 1 tbsp & Water - 1/4 cup
- Salt - 1 tsp, Oil - 1 tsp, Maida - 2 cups & water - 180 ml
- Chopped tomatoes, capsicum and boiled corn
- Black olives, Mozarella cheese, Processed cheese
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp, Italian herbs & Oddy Ecobake
Directions
- In a bowl, add active yeast, sugar, and water; mix well. Add oil, salt, and maida to the yeast mixture. Knead well with water to prepare a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into four equal parts. Take one portion of the dough and flatten it using a rolling pin. Prick holes in it with a fork. Make three similar bases.
- Place these bases on top of Oddy Ecobake. Cover them with a lid and let them rest for 30 minutes for proofing. After 30 minutes, bake the pizza base on a tawa for 8 minutes (2 minutes on low flame and 6 minutes on medium flame).
- Now the pizza base is ready. Apply pizza sauce on the base and add cheese and veggies of your choice, then bake it for 5 to 7 minutes on a tawa. Your flavorful pizza is ready in an instant.
