Simple Paneer Frankie

About the Recipe

Frankie is an Indian street food wrap stuffed with different types of fillings made with a variety of vegetables stirred with spice powders. The paneer frankie is made from a lachha paratha wrap filled with veggies like onions and capsicum, stirred with spice powders, and paneer pieces. It can be made as a snack or as a lunchbox recipe. Ingredients

 

  • Mustard Oil-1 tbsp & Cumin seeds-1 tsp & Sliced Onion-1
  • Sliced Capsicum- 2 & Sliced Tomato -2 & Salt-1.5 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1 tsp & Red Chilli powder-1/4 tsp & Garam masala-1 tsp
  • Coriander powder-1.5 tsp & Water & Paneer-400 g
  • Kasuri methi-1 tbsp & Fresh cream-1/4 cup
  • Kitchen king masala & Cooked Lachha Paratha
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Heat mustard oil in a pan and sauté cumin in it. Now add sliced onions, capsicum, and tomato.
  • Also add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt to it and stir well.
  • Then add a little water to it and cook for a few minutes. Then add the cut paneer pieces and kasuri methi to it and mix well.
  • Lastly, add fresh cream to it and stir well. The paneer filling is ready.
  • Fill a lachha paratha with paneer filling in the center, wrap and tuck it in Oddy Uniwraps.
  • The tasty and delicious paneer frankie is ready.
